Pipeline (Evergreen) post VS. Open post

When you are actively hiring, this is called an OPEN POST. This means applicants see language saying "Now Hiring".

When you just want to fill the pipeline for future hiring needs, this is an EVERGREEN or PIPELINE POST. This means applicants see language saying: "Always accepting applications for {POSITIONS} opportunities."
