Levy Restaurants at the Amway Center offers you the opportunity to find a unique hospitality job and career journey that's right for you. Our internships offer hands-on experience in the exciting world of F&B management necessary to prepare for a leadership role within the Sports and Entertainment industry.
While currently enrolled college Juniors and Seniors are preferred for some positions, students pursuing business or related hospitality curriculums can be considered for internship opportunities.
Interns will be responsible for:
·Working in various FOH areas including but not limited to Catering, Concessions, Clubs and Suites.
·Interacting with guests, working as a team with fellow Levy Restaurants team members and building partners to deliver Legendary Experiences.
·Addresses guest concerns quickly and communicates guest issues to management.
·Understanding, executing and maintaining safety & sanitation requirements as well as following all other Levy Restaurants policies, procedures and standards.
·Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
·Must be an actively enrolled student as a college Junior, Senior or recent graduate (within 12 months).
·Must be majoring or majored in F&B, Hospitality and/or Event Management.
·Must have flexible availability to work evenings and weekends, including all Magic games and major concerts.
·Lifts and transports up to 100 lbs.
·Frequently reaches, lifts, stoops, bends and cleans to maintain service area
·Walks and stands during entire shift
·Able to communicate effectively with managers, guests and teammates by speaking and comprehending English
·Possible job hazards include, but are not limited to; slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts and strains
·Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess any required certifications to do so
