NOW HIRING Manager - Facilities

The Facility Manager is responsible for ensuring that the property complies with maintenance standards, and that responsible work standards and practices are in place.

In addition, the employee will:

• Manage facility engineering issues with appropriate response and action and implement and support critical show quality standards and ensure appropriate response and prioritization.  
• Coordinate contractors and vendors regarding maintenance, grounds and cleaning services.  
• Responsible for troubleshooting and fixing ice machines, walk-in coolers and freezers, reach in refrigerators.

**Must be able to fix refrigerators and restaurant kitchen equipment, as well as have HVAC experience. 

• Able to communicate effectively with management team, guests and team members by speaking and comprehending English.  English reading, writing math and computer skills required.
• Basic knowledge of electricity and electrical and control systems
• HVAC troubleshooting, repair and maintenance experience strongly preferred
• Refrigeration experience such as restaurant quality ice machines, walk in coolers and freezers, and reach-in's preferred.
• Stamina to work 60 hours or more per week.  Must be able to work extended shifts of 10 hours or more as business dictates
• Must be flexible with schedule and able to work different shifts
• Possible job hazards include, but are not limited to; slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts and strains
• Must be able to reach, lift, stoop, bend and perform extensive standing and walking (including stairs) throughout shift
