NOW HIRING Supervisor - Cash Room

We are the face and name of Levy, providing the most premium food and beverage experiences that Levy has to offer, and demonstrating Levy’s value as a restauranteur and distributor in the sports and entertainment industry.

Major Area Of responsibility:

Service

•    Follow Levy standard steps of service
•    Execute all security and safety standards in the concession operation
•    Act with a sense of urgency and provide friendly, efficient and professional service to teammates, not for profit group volunteers and management
•    Assist in the training of all subcontractors and non-profit organizations in a manner that upholds Levy Restaurants standard operating procedures in cash handling
•    Execute all cash handling decisions made by the Location Controller, Concession Manager and the General Manager

Control

•    Effectively reconcile opening and closing balances of the working fund in the safe
•    Accurately complete all necessary paperwork related to the reconciliation of the safe
•    Ensure proper cashier banks are prepared for all points of sale
•    Ensure proper signatures are obtained for cash handling paperwork
•    Ensure all drop times are maintained during an event
•    Ensure proper systems of all distribution, change runs and collection of monies during an event
•    Break down all drop and final cash returned to cash room and prepare the monies for deposit
•    Accurately enter the cash taken by stand/bar for the drop and control log·
•    Follow and enforce Levy Restaurants guidelines as stated in employee training manual and handbook
•    In conjunction with Location Manager, train appropriate level of cash room personnel

Team

•    Supervision of all team members assigned to the cash room for the event
•    Display a positive attitude toward teammates
•    Assist fellow team members when necessary
•    Always on time and ready to perform all required duties
•    Ensure all team members adhere to Levy Restaurants guidelines.
•    Promote a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale
