Major Areas of Responsibility

Service

• Follows Levy standard steps of service
• Knows food and beverage menus
• Establish rapport with guests/members
• Effectively uses suggestive and upselling techniques
• Ensures that guest expectations have been met at all times
• Acts with a sense of urgency

Controls

• Maintains service areas
• Follows safety and sanitation guidelines
• Follows Levy guidelines as stated in employee training manual and handbook
• Follows proper reconciliation procedures using BOSS
• Follows responsible alcohol service policies
• Accurately uses POS system
• Thoroughly completes all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities

Team

• Displays a positive attitude toward teammates
• Always on time and ready to go
• Maintains show quality of areas at all times

• Math and cash handling skills
• Stands and/or sits in one location for entire shift
• Lifts and transports service trays weighing up to 30 lbs. from the kitchen to dining room
• Frequently reaches, lifts, stoops, bends and cleans to maintain tables and service area
• English reading, writing and math skills required
• Hazards include, but are not limited to, slipping, tripping, falls and burns
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
