Mission
Responsible for providing human resource services and products that perpetuate and enhance the Levy culture and vision and values. Results are achieved through intelligent, professional and practical communication, and leadership skills. Major areas of responsibility will be assisting with recruiting, training, compensation and employee relations.

Major Areas of Responsibility
All major areas of responsibility are achieved through the Core Signature Guidelines.

Operations
• Fosters strong relationships with operations by making accessibility and responsiveness a priority
• Maintains Human Resources files and flow charts in accordance with legal and Home Office guidelines
• Provides employment information and verification according to company policy
• Recruits, interviews, hires, on-boards, and assists with training new team members working closely with HR Managers and operations leads.
• Advertises and recruits for new non-profit organizations to volunteer at the property during football, soccer, basketball, and lacrosse seasons.


Controls
• Maintains strong partnerships with all vendors
• Completes all projects in a timely and professional manner

Team
• Manages the new hire process in a timely and professional manner
• Effectively communicates the Levy culture to potential team members
• Promotes a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale
• Assists with building and maintain incentive programs.

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • English reading, writing, math and computer skills required
  • Must be able to stoop, bend and perform extensive standing and walking including stairs
  • May be required to perform diverse physical tasks
  • Possible hazards include, but are not limited to slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts and strains
  • Ability to experience and evaluate services in accordance with Levy standards
  • Ability to taste and evaluate food products
  • Stamina to work 60 hours or more per week
  • Must be able to work extended shifts of 10 hours or more as business dictates
  • Must be flexible with schedule and able to work different shifts
  • Must have reliable transportation to/from the location.
