Job Description:

Operations
•    Fosters strong relationships with operations by making accessibility and responsiveness a priority
•    Maintains Human Resources files in accordance with legal and Home Office guidelines
•    Provides employment information and verification according to company policy
Controls
•    Maintains strong partnerships with all vendors
•    Completes all projects in a timely and professional manner
Team
•    Manages the new hire process in a timely and professional manner
•    Effectively communicates the Levy culture to potential team members
•    Promotes a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale

 

Daily Tasks
Support the Human Resources Director, Supervisor and Talent and Training Manager
Answer the Human Resources telephone and field employee inquiries
Scan payroll communications to HR Supervisor
Handle emails and log employee information
Maintain team member files
Maintain file room (ensure that team member files, active/inactive, are in order and filed properly
Ensure that the file room remains secure at all times and the light are off for the day
Maintain break room and conference area
Help with scheduling employee relations issue with Human Resources Director and/or Human Resources Supervisor

Weekly Tasks
Flow log maintenance/I-9 Log maintenance
Assist with conducting onboarding, handbook training/signing
Mailing (Home office communications, certified letters, team member communications)
Paycheck distribution (Monday and Friday)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of file room
Maintain bulletin boards (job postings, calendars etc)
Pick up, copy and distribute Kudos cards

Monthly Tasks
Publish campus communications (Levy Timez)
Research and order office supplies
Coordinate employee recognition activities
Update and them Levy Boards
Post birthday rosters
Assist with trainings as needed

As needed tasks
Prepare new hire files
Help to organize and manage campus training
Set up and initiate call-em-all communications to team members
Assist with purging of old files
Help to organize and manager Career Fairs

•    Special projects and tasks will be assigned as needed

  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills 
  • English reading, writing, math and computer skills required
  • Must be able to stoop, bend and perform extensive standing and walking including stairs
  • May be required to perform diverse physical tasks
  • Possible hazards include, but are not limited to slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts and strains
  • Ability to experience and evaluate services in accordance with Levy standards
  • Must be flexible with schedule and able to work different shifts
