Our premium team members share in the commitment to offer superior quality and service - every guest... every time! We strive to elevate the guest experience by Always exceeding expectations. We are friendly and professional as we anticipate needs and learn preferences of returning guests.
We ask our Premium Hosts to:
- Be the Face of the Club.
- Serve as Club Concierge throughout Timberwolves Games
- Ability to commit to working each Timberwolves home game.
- Work other events (concerts, family shows, etc.) as assigned.
- Greet VIP Guests and escort them to their suite.
- Field any guest inquires.
- Assist guests with exiting the Club at conclusion of event.
- Make everyone feel welcome.
