NOW HIRING Human Resources Assistants

Levy is hiring three seasonal Human Resources Assistants to work a three month assignment for the US Open.

Major areas of responsibility will be assisting with HR paperwork, Microsoft Office, and general human resources support. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Must enjoy working in a very fast paced environment.

• Foster strong relationships by making accessibility and responsiveness a priority
• Maintain Human Resources files in accordance with legal and Home Office guidelines
• Keep department, paperwork, files organized
• Provide assistance to Human Resources team in all areas.
• Complete all projects in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain Excel charts
• Help with payroll
• Walk to various buildings within complex to help with smooth running of dept.
• Manages the new hire process in a timely and professional manner
• Effectively communicates the Levy culture to potential team members
• Promotes a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale

• English reading, writing, math and computer skills required
• Bilingual Spanish a strong plus
• Must be able to work through September 30.
• Must have strong Excel skills
• Experience in Human Resources or degree in HR preferred
• Must be able to stoop, bend and perform extensive standing and walking including stairs
• May be required to perform diverse physical tasks
• Possible hazards include, but are not limited to slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts and strains
• Ability to experience and evaluate services in accordance with Levy standards
• Must be able to work extended shifts of 10 hours or more as business dictates
• Must be flexible with schedule and able to work different shifts
