Bar TOMA is an Italian neighborhood pizzeria and bar, inspired by Chef Tony and Cathy Mantuano's favorite local bars discovered during their frequent visits over the years to Italy. The name Bar TOMA is a play on Chef Mantuano's name (Tony Mantuano) while also referencing the Italian Toma cheese from Piemonte, one of chef's favorites that will be also seen on the menu.
